Winnie has been working in the family restaurant business since she was a kid, including for twelve years in the Tenderloin before she joined HRTC to cook and serve food as well as manage supplies for our mobile programs.  She is very happy to be cooking for people who live on the streets.  Winnie believes in treating each individual as a customer, and she calls everyone her customers.  She has developed relationships with everyone, makes custom meals each week, and takes care to check in with each person so she can accommodate their needs.  People love her food and benefit greatly from the personalized care she takes of them.
